It’s difficult not to give up, but sometimes all you need is hope and kindness to make what appears impossible a possibility.

A woman from Virginia absolutely adores dogs. She loves to have them in her home, especially saving those that seem to have no one to turn to or who no one wants to take care of anymore.Shelly Blount adores dogs, as evidenced by the fact that she already has three rescue dogs in her home. She wanted to expand her current group after seeing a post online about a dog looking for a new home. After deciding to adopt the dog online, the woman contacted the shelter to make arrangements.

Her initial plan was to take the dog online and bring her home so he could be given another chance at life. Her intention was pure and her kindness is undeniable.
When she went to the shelter though, something even more amazing happened. Her previous plan of taking one rescue dog was changed and she ended up adopting three dogs named Bella, Caleb, and Charisma.

The first dog she wanted to save was almost put down, but someone else arrived first and took the dog. The puppy was rescued, which was exactly what Shelly desired, despite the fact that she was unable to complete her original plan.

Shelly inquired about the other dogs available for adoption because she was already in contact with the shelter. That’s when she learned about Caleb, the next animal on the list to be euthanized. The woman’s heartstrings were pulled when she learned that her dog was in danger of being put down.
Shelly inquired about his background and current situation. She is an animal lover who advocates for giving animals more chances in life, so she was concerned about the dog.

Shelly drove to the shelter immediately after speaking on the phone, and it took her four hours to get there. She wanted to see Caleb and had the dog adopted by her.Shelly finally saw Caleb and knew she had to save him, but what happened next was even better. She discovered that, in addition to Caleb, two more dogs were scheduled to be euthanized. She saw Bella and Charisma and couldn’t help but feel sorry for them.

The woman did not hesitate and asked the staff if there was a limit to the number of dogs she could adopt, and they said there was none. She made the decision to adopt all three dogs at that point.
The dogs were overjoyed to have found a new home, which made Shelly’s decision all the more worthwhile.

“Caleb was ecstatic — he kept kissing Shelly from the back seat, and his tail was wagging so fast,” Shelly said. “Bella was so happy to be held that she sat in my friend’s lap and didn’t move.” My sweet little angel, Charisma, was literally hugging me and sleeping the entire ride.”
Although she adopted all three dogs from the shelter in order to save them, she couldn’t really have them all at home, so she looked for other animal lovers who were looking to adopt rescue pups. Fortunately, she was able to locate those families, and Bella and Caleb were able to find new forever homes.

Charisma was always sleepy and for good reason. The pup is actually pregnant and they found out about it after visiting the vet. It turns out Shelly got more pups than she bargained for and she is extremely excited about this news. Wow
