The boys used their bikes as a makeshift barricade to ensure no cars drove too close to the distressed pooch in order to protect it from further harm. They did everything possible to keep the poor pup calm and comfortable while they waited. The boys realized the dog was in bad shape after taking a closer look.Despite being too exhausted to move, he seemed to understand that the boys were there to help him.As he looked up at the boy, his sad eyes held a glimmer of hope. The rescuers quickly assessed the dog’s injuries before loading him into the car.Fortunately, the dog was rescued shortly after the rescuers arrived. He was then taken to a shelter, where he was given pain medication and a better assessment of his injuries.

His injuries indicated that he had been hit by a car, as he had fractures in his leg and hip.
It’s almost certain that if the heroic boys hadn’t intervened, the pup would have died alone in the grass.
The staff nicknamed the pup “Wade” while he was at the shelter, but he soon discovered that he already had a name and a family of his own.Taz was his real name, and his family had been missing him for over a week.Taz’s heartbroken family was overjoyed when they learned he’d been found, and Taz was overjoyed to be reunited with the people he cares about. The family was obviously grateful to the three boys who had saved their precious furbaby’s life.We can all learn from these young boys’ selfless actions by looking for ways to help anyone in need.
What shining examples they are to the rest of us.
