Nobody wanted to adopt bonded dogs, but one photo caught people’s attention

Spread the love

A Boxer named Buster and a Chihuahua named Little Miss are two bonded dogs who were living on Arizona’s streets.
When the rescuers discovered the starving homeless couple, they were desperately clinging to each other.
They refused to let go of each other even after being taken to a shelter!

Maricopa County Animal Care and Control quickly realized that Little Miss and Buster needed each other to survive.
They also knew that the chances of two dogs being adopted together were slim.
That’s when they decided to use social media to reach out to the local community.

Little Miss was seen adorably perched on Buster’s back in a series of photos posted on the shelter’s social media.
The shelter hoped that someone would fall in love with the two best friends, but they had no idea their story would go viral on the internet!

Due to an overwhelming number of adoption applications, the shelter eventually chose a California family as Buster and Little Miss’ new parents through a random drawing.
The pair has now started their new lives as Charlie and Libby, and they even have another doggie brother to play with!
We are overjoyed that they now have a home together!
