When children grow up on the same street, they often become friends and visit each other’s homes for playdates, writes ilovemydogsomuch.
They usually form a close bond because they are neighbors and see each other frequently. But this isn’t just the case for human children; it also happens to be the case for these furry neighbors.
Cooper, a Havanese, and Simba, a mini Goldendoodle, are neighbors and best friends.Simba is owned by Roberto Couto of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, who told Newsweek that Simba and Cooper go for walks with their respective families’ children. They’ve become completely inseparable, and when they’re apart, Simba will sometimes leave his backyard just to see Cooper.
They’ve been best friends since they were puppies, when their families adopted them at the same time. They are always overjoyed to see each other and greet each other in the most adorable way.
Couto captured a photo of the friendly pair hugging each other during one of their meetings. They’re both standing on their hind legs, their front paws wrapped around each other in the most human-like position.Couto shared the touching image in the Facebook group “Dogspotting Society,” where it quickly went viral, garnering over 11,000 likes. It was also shared on Twitter, where it received over 300,000 likes.
This was not an isolated incident.Almost every time they see each other, the furry best friends greet each other with the same warm hug. They adore each other and consider themselves fortunate to live so close. That is the essence of friendship! We can only hope that neither of their families decides to relocate!
