On a severely cold day, Fernando and Felipe Gabriel went to the subway station for a ride and witnessed something terrible. When Felipe went to buy tickets at the ticket booth, he noticed something unthinkable. A tiny homeless puppy was shivering uncontrollably against the counter wall, and no one seemed to notice its pain or misery.A freezing and lonely puppy sought warmth on one of the coldest days of the year. Then, in an unexpected move, Felipe removed his bag and jacket to place an orange shirt on the dog! The beautiful pup finally felt comfy and comfortable, so it wagged its tail to thank Felipe!
While Fernando initially giggled from afar as he noticed his brother stripping in public, he soon realized what Felipe was up to. He made sure to capture this random act of kindness on camera and share it with the world!
The dog was gone when the brothers returned to look for him, but Felipe’s generosity inspired many others. Felipe treasured the t-shirt he gave to the dog as a gift, and even though it was one of his favorites, he believes it looks better on the dog!
It’s not every day that you see someone going out of their way to help an animal in need, but Felipe did just that.
