Charlee was an inquisitive 2-year-old young lady, living with her grandmother Beth Campbell, in a picturesque town in provincial Kentucky. At some point, Charlee got herself alone, and chose to investigate the thick woods in the territory. As Charlee strayed from Beth’s property, her dedicated Pit Bull, Penny, paid heed and chose to pursue her.
At the point when Beth at long last understood that Charlee and Penny were missing, she promptly alarmed the specialists. The following two days were tense. Police, neighborhood volunteers and following canines quickly searched the town to search for Charlee. The wild was loaded up with coyotes, poisonous snakes and ticks, among other unforgiving wild animals. After 36 hours went by, people started fearing the worst. However, when Penny reappeared on Beth’s property, she knew that there was still hope.
Sure enough, a neighbor called in to inform that Charlee had just walked into their house, looking disoriented and severely dehydrated.
Although Penny wasn’t able to tell the mystery tale, the police figured out that while Charlee was lost deep in the dense woods, Penny was following her like a shadow. Penny kept her safe from the dangers of the wild and also led her back home! Looks like we have a new hero in town! Way to go, Penny!
