A stray puppy named Bianca had lived in the city of Greece alone for quite a while and was constantly disregarded. Notwithstanding being destitute, she was likewise experiencing degenerative myelopathy, which at first made her limp. As time went on, her condition declined, and soon she was not able stand and was compelled to drag her back legs around.
Local workers had been feeding her for years, but no one ever took her in or helped her further. She was in very bad shape, and the only shelter she had was under some wooden boards. She never lost hope, but the street was definitely not where Bianca deserved to be.
Luckily, someone alerted the Society For The Protection Of Stray Animals (SPAZ), and they came to help poor Bianca.
They estimated that she was around seven years old, and knew a dog her age, along with one with her condition, would be hard to adopt out. But they also knew that a shelter was no place for a pup like her.
Sadly, she passed away a month after she was adopted, but she passed peacefully in her foster home. Thanks to Linda, Bianca was able to feel love and comfort in her final time on Earth.
