Marília and Matheus had been arranging their big day for quite a long time.
At the point when the day at long last arrived, they were energized as could be. The morning of the wedding, they saw that tempests were anticipated in their home of São Paulo, Brazil. In any case, they didn’t give that a chance to fluster them—they basically moved everything for their open air wedding under a tent.
While Marília and Matheus got done with preparing, the tempest seethed outside. As the visitors sat down under the tent, a stray little guy happened to meander by the wedding. Poor people puppy was splashed, and he frantically needed haven. The canine kept running into the tent similarly as the marriage walk started playing. Everybody was stunned when the little guy began strolling down the path rather than Marília! The visitors persuaded the canine outside, and the wedding proceeded. Marília strolled down the path and met Matheus by the sacrificial stone.
But then, as the couple exchanged their vows, the dog ran back again. This time, the dog made it all the way up the aisle. Then, to everyone’s surprise, he laid down on Marília’s veil and took a nap! Marília is an animal lover, and so she was happy to let the pup stay in the warm, dry tent. “It was a very pleasant surprise for me, because I love animals,” she told The Dodo.
“I liked it very much.” The dog stayed in the tent for the rest of the ceremony and the first part of the reception. When the rain tapered off, the pup ran back out into the night. That night, Marília and Matheus discussed their surprise guest, and they decided that they wanted to adopt him. They spent a week trying to track the dog down. Finally, they got a lead!
“We decided to adopt him because he is a street dog,” Marília said. “It took us a long time to find him again, but yesterday, we were contacted and told his whereabouts.” Marília and Matheus took the pup home and named him Snoop.
They gave him a bath and plenty of food and water. Snoop immediately settled into their house—it seemed like he remembered the kindhearted couple who let him stay at their wedding. “He came home, and I showered him,” Marília said. “He played a lot, ate, drank water. He is very happy and slept super good the first night.” Snoop loves his new parents, and they love him just as much. Marília summed up everyone’s feelings perfectly: “We’re all very happy.”
